Hollo-Wood is the place that Ralph Bighead moved in the episode Wacky Delly. During the episode, Ralph and Mr. Bighead melt Antartica to flood Bighead Studios and ruin the work Rocko, Heffer, and Filburt are doing. After Heffer manages to crank-lift the whole studio, the flood misses it and covers the rest of Hollo-Wood and knocks the other studios out of the business, leaving the Wacky Delly series untouched and by default a favorite. Eventually the flood receded with everything back to normal.
