Judge Sockner is a sock puppet judge with a stereotypical British white judge's wig. He falsely accuses Rocko of injuring Flecko and sentences Rocko to 30 days as a fly before he and Gordon discover that Flecko was faking his injuries. He then relieves Rocko of his charges. He's voiced by Carlos Alazraqui. His name is apparently a parody of Judge Wapner.
