Norbert Shellbach

Norbert Shellbach


Norbert Shellbach is the third son of Filburt and Dr. Hutchison. He plays a major role in "Future Schlock", but is seen in "From Here to Maternity" and "Closet Clown", in which it is his birthday. He resembles Heffer, as Heffer helped keep the egg that he was in with his sister and brothers warm. However, at first he mistakenly believes Rocko to be his father and follows him around in "From Here to Maternity."

In Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling, he is revealed to have become a doctor and eventually reunited with his father when he came back to earth.
