Gib Hootsen

Gib Hootsen is Rocko's uncle who lives in "the middle of nowhere" (though presumably Texas). He asks Rocko to visit his home as he wants Rocko to learn how to be a cowboy, but when Rocko brings Heffer along with him, he tells Rocko to "put that steer in the stock yard." He is voiced by Tom Kenny.

He makes a cameo in "Belch of Destiny."
