Elkie is a female elk and the love interest of Heffer in the episode, "An Elk for Heffer". As a traditional wolf ritual to enter adulthood, Heffer is instructed to bring an elk home for dinner. Mistaking the orders for simply inviting an elk to dinner, Heffer sneaks into the Elk Club in search of a date. While searching, he encounters Elkie and the two instantly fall for each other. After sharing a day with each other, Heffer invites her to dinner at the Wolfe family home. Once there, Elkie is introduced to the Wolfe family (and comes to the realization that Heffer was adopted). Heffer and Elkie soon discover the family's true intentions and Heffer defends his date from becoming dinner. The two leave and Elkie kisses Heffer on the cheek.
