The Driver is the main antagonist in the Rocko's Modern Life episode, "I See London, I See France".
When Rocko and Heffer go to France, the bus driver takes them on a boring tour of mundane things such as a garbage can, the ugliest person the driver has ever seen, a fast food restaurant, and ultimately a woman in a red hat. When Rocko requests they visit the Eiffel Tower, the driver becomes grumpy and yells at him and tell him that the driver is in charge and he is the authority here. When Rocko sneaks away from the tour to follow Claudette, the bus driver becomes even madder and borderline homicidal, knowing that there's dire consequences for him if anyone leaves his tour, which for 10 years he had somehow prevented. The driver ends up pursuing them maniacally throughout Paris with his bus, but loses them at their airport, loosing an anguished, "Noooooooooo!" as their plane takes off.
Personality[]
The Driver loves and cares about his job more than everything, and doesn't like people questioning his authority as a bus driver. However, he is not very good at his job, as his idea of a tour is showing boring things and rather tacky sensational takes like trash cans and ugly people, and doesn’t care what the tourists want or France's history because he just doing his job for the money or he was in the rush. He is a crazed person when people who don't obey his orders and leaves his tour or exits the bus. He mentioned he had a family like wife and two kids, but this is also questionable as he held a picture of a fruit bowl. Overall, he is a bully to Rocko and Heffer during their vacation in France.

- The bus driver is an obvious take at tourist aimed tours and their guides within different countries, which have been criticized by more experienced and free spirited travelers for being rather low brow and not enlightening to the country they are visiting.
- It is highly likely that the reason why he shows things that have nothing to do with France is because he just does it for the money or because he's in a rush.
