Bloaty the Tick is a parasite who live on Spunky, Rocko's pet dog. He has an Odd Couple-like relationship with his friend and fellow parasite Squirmy the Ringworm. Bloaty's profession is not revealed, but he works for a grouchy bug boss named Mr. Ickk, who comes over for dinner one evening. When he's not at work, Bloaty likes to watch TV in his favorite "arm-scab." However, as seen in the episode "The Fatlands," he does lust for adventure now and then.
