Chokey Chicken ,later Chewy Chicken, is the favorite restaurant chain of Rocko, Heffer and Filburt. It is a parody of the KFC fast-food franchise, with franchises located all over O-Town and beyond. The franchise is shown to be global (much like KFC and other restaurant franchises), with Chokey Chicken restaurants seen on the Eiffel Tower and multiple other landmarks of Paris in the episode "I See London, I See France". All the chicken the restaurant serves has a very high chance of making the consumer choke, as the franchise's name implies. As seen in "To Heck and Back", the chain acquires its meat through a faux hiring process.

- During the screening of the fourth season the restaurant was renamed "Chewy Chicken" due to the former name referring to masturbation. Despite this, the earlier episodes continued to air with the "Chokey Chicken" name.
- The restaurant later went back to using the "Chokey Chicken" name in Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling.
- In a fake commercial aired as a bumper on the NickRewind block, it is implied that the Chokey Chicken rebranded to the Chewy Chicken in-universe to advertise that the chicken no longer makes visitors choke, however this bumper was released long after the show finished producing episodes and likely had no involvement from the original Rocko staff, and therefore should not be taken as canon, as far as Rocko canon may exist.
